A night at the opera
I have not been reading (again), so this post is dedicated to slacking. I reckon, since I am a face painter, this is all in the name of research. Watched a bit of local opera. Understood nothing and the audience comprised a smattering of old aunties and uncles but the performers gave their best. This is apparently one of the only two remaining opera stages in Singapore. Feel real lucky to watch it. Was entranced by the glitter, garish costumes and drama of it all.
